"BRUTALITY" is another short film written and directed by Dallas native Cedric "Cnote" Buard.  It is a unique psychological thriller with a social commentary dealing with police brutality.  It is the journey of a police officer who has made a fatal mistake and the victim to try to find a solution to the racial injustice in America.
